Online Order Form – Help & Guidance

Follow these easy step by step instructions to fill out the online order/calculator form.

1. View all of our products on the website.

2. Take note of the reference code & prices of each trophy you require on a note pad.

3. From your note pad fill in the order form. All fields are required. For delivery ensure you tick the delivery YES box.

4. Fill in quantity, reference of trophy & unit price. The form will automatically calculate the cost in the total column (our discounts are as shown on the discount tab & our carriage charges if applicable are as shown on the carriage tab.)

5. Repeat for each trophy required.

6. For your wording details, if required (no extra cost on trophy plates = Free of Charge) – please take note of the trophy number which can be seen on the order form to the left hand side under “Trophy”. This number needs to be entered before your choice of wording.

• 1. J.Smith – Player of the Year – 2010-11
• 2. S.Brown – Players Player – 2010-11 etc.

Once all this information has been entered click the send button. You will see a message on screen confirming that your order has been sent & you will receive a copy of your order to your inbox in due course.
