  • I've seen some products on other websites but they don't offer any discounts, are items the same as yours?

    Yes they are the same. Where other suppliers give no discount we happily offer a huge discount to all our customers.

  • Can Pennine Trophies quote for items seen on other websites?

    Yes. We frequently quote on other website products. In most cases we can apply our discount structure.

  • Do you have a showroom I can visit?

    Yes. We have a large showroom area for our customers to visit.

  • Is VAT included in the prices?

    Yes. The prices shown on the product are all VAT inclusive.

  • Can we pay by cheque?

    Yes. Some clubs prefer to pay by post. Cheques are accepted and orders are prepared after bank clearing.

  • Can we pay for our requirements on line?

    No. Having had your order confirmed we prefer to contact you direct for card details (all major credit cards accepted).

  • What is the difference between sale items and offers?

    Sale items are limited sales while stocks last. Offers are usually held for 30 days showing large discounts and special deals supported by guaranteed back up stock.

  • Are sale items sub standard?

    No. Sale Items are usually end of lines and up to 50% off retail price. These items are sold on a ‘while stocks last’ basis.

  • How do we know if sale items are in stock?

    All sale items are closely monitored. Your orders are always confirmed. When sale items are sold out, the products are removed from the website.

  • Do discounts apply to all products?

    Discounts are clearly indicated against all main products which bear manufacturers retail prices. Special offers & sale items do not carry further discount.

  • Do we order by 'In the basket' like other suppliers?

    No. We prefer you to use our fully explained order form which calculates your discount automatically. Our sales staff carefully analyse your requirements and wording, check for errors or improvements and the confirm your order.

  • Can we advise you of wording for our squad awards later?

    Yes. Order your products using our order form. We can receive your wording instructions up yo 10 days before your order is completed.

  • Are we charged for wording like other suppliers do?

    Any trophy carrying a wording plate can be worded with or without a logo Free of Charge. Nickel plated cups and glassware will be chargeable contact Sales.

  • Can Products shown be adapted for any sport or activity?

    Resins come as seen. Cups, medals, plaques and holders can be adapted for any sport or activity by applying your choice of 1” or 2” centre where applicable.

  • Can we have our logo or crest put on the trophy we choose?

    In most cases – Yes. We require your logo/crest in a J-peg high resolution format. This can be shown as a 1” or 2” centre or on the wording plate – there is no extra charge for this service.

  • Are we limited to how many letters of wording for each item purchased?

    No we will use as many letters as is required for your wording.
